Who We Are
Commercial Paving LLC is a family owned and operated asphalt paving company based in Aurora, OH. It's a father-and-son crew with 50+ years of hands-on paving between them — grading, base work, hot-mix asphalt, and everything that comes after.
It's a new company, not a new trade. The same two people who walk your property are the ones running the crew and standing behind the finished job.
How We Work
Every estimate is free, written, and itemized. If a patch will hold, the estimate says patch. If the base is gone, it says so and explains why. The cheaper option gets recommended whenever it will actually do the job.
We're bonded and insured, and we don't skip the base work: grading and drainage first, a properly compacted stone base second, asphalt last. Pavement only lasts as long as what's underneath it.
