Layout Before Paint
Old lines aren't always in the right place. Before painting we look at how traffic actually moves through the lot, where the entrances and exits sit, fire lanes, loading areas, accessible spaces and their routes, and anything the property wants kept or changed.
Measuring first costs an hour. Repainting a lot that was laid out wrong costs considerably more.
Accessible Spaces
Accessible parking is more than paint — stall count, dimensions, access aisles, the route to the entrance, and signage all matter, and requirements change by jurisdiction and by property type. We stripe to the layout, and the final configuration should be checked against current local and federal requirements for your site.
Sequencing With Other Work
Striping is normally the last step after paving or sealcoating, once the surface has had time to take paint properly. It also stands alone fine when the pavement is otherwise serviceable and the markings have just worn out.
