Who We Are

What We Collect
We only collect what you type into our estimate form. That can include your name, phone number, email address, the town the property is in, the type of work you need, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message field.
The form also has two optional extras. If you use the map tool to outline your driveway, it sends the approximate square footage along with your request. If you enter a project address so the map can find your property, that address is sent too. Both are optional — the form works without them.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information. Please don't send them through the form.
Why We Collect It
To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule a site visit. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it, and we don't send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.
Who Else Can See It
A few services are involved in running this site, and each sees a limited slice:
- Formspree delivers the estimate form to our inbox, so form submissions pass through their systems.
- Vercel hosts the site and collects basic performance and traffic data, which includes visitor IP addresses.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, so your browser requests those files from Google.
- OpenStreetMap provides map tiles and, if you use the optional address lookup in the measure tool, the address search.
- unpkg serves the mapping code used on our project gallery page.
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We don't control how they handle the data their systems receive.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. Vercel's performance monitoring collects aggregate traffic data.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate requests as long as we need them to do the work and keep our own records. If you'd like your inquiry deleted, email or call us and we'll take care of it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at richard@commercialpavingllc.com or (561) 873-8210. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor those.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and managers. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
